Our site may offer goods and services from third-party companies. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services made available by third parties on our site. Please see their warranty for more information
Our policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed from the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits.
In order to make a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be sealed in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, for reasons of hygiene and safety. For more details, please contact us by email. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return request. However, we will try to help you in your efforts as best as we can, to accomodate you and to listen to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer unless instructed otherwise. Please contact us before any return at email@example.com.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Applicable sales tax in Canada will be charged on the total merchandise, if applicable. Taxes are calculated based on shipping destination and detailed on the order summary page.
The services will be invoiced in full when the service is ordered.
When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
MY ORDER, CANCEL AND/OR MODIFY
All in-stock orders as processed as quickly as possible, but may take up to 48 hours to ship on business days. If you place an order after 2pm on a Friday, the order will be dispatched the following Monday. We ask that you allow a little extra time during holidays, weekends or inclement weather in Canada.
If we cannot completely process your order, we will send you an email to let you know, for example, if certain items are out of stock. Your credit card will be refunded for such out-of-stock items.
An order cannot be canceled after it has been placed and you have received confirmation. If you have made a mistake in your order, we ask that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt of confirmation. We will find a solution together.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. If you have not received confirmation by email, even in your "promotion" or "junk" folders, we invite you to send an email to email@example.com.
Pick-up option is available. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up. All pick-ups are by appointment only at H1G 2W6, Montreal-North.
Standard delivery is free for all orders of 150$ or more (before taxes) delivered in Canada.
All orders for delivery are shipped from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The outer packaging is discreet and bears to name of Minuit Tendre inc. on the shipping label.
We currently ship to Canada via Canada Post and offer express delivery (1-2 days) as well as standard delivery (3-9 days). Allow 48 hours for order processing.
US and international shipping is also available. Packages are delivered by plane and delivery fees may vary depending on your location. If applicable, customs fees must be fully paid by the recipient. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and aknowledge that you provide a valid email address and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforseen circumstances.
If you notice that the shipping box has been damaged, opened or its contents are missing upon receipt of your package, please take photos of the damaged packaging and send it to us at email@example.com.
RETURN PROCEDURE (if applicable)

- Full name
- The order number
- The item concerned
- The reason for return
- Wheter or not the packaging is opened
- Photos of said item
- Any other relevant information
Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund or online credit. Any item returned after 14 days of its reception date is not eligible for a refund or credit. Before proceeding with the return, we will acknowledge reception of your email and give you an answer as soon as possible for the next steps. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, manufacturer/distributor production defects, or related costs.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (if applicable)
In the event that your request is accepted, we will inspect the condition of the item(s) once we receive your return. If we deem that the condition of the item(s) exactly matches the description you provided to us and that the return is justified and validated, we will then issue a refund to your original method of payment, or we will provide you with a credit via email.
The refund may take several business days. If after 7 days you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank/credit account again. If it has still not been done, contact your financial institution first. Some transactions may have a delay varying from one institution to another. If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
Only regular priced items are refundable. Items on sale or on promotion are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. Shipping charges on your orignial order are also non-refundable, with some exceptions. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it takes you receive your exchanged product may vary.
Any additional information regarding the return and refund procedure will be sent to you privately by email.
